Let us not look back.
The effect of the application
of information and
communication technologies
is far from clear.
All the characters are
close to cracking the discursive identities they created for themselves
as practices of the counter-strategies
used by ordinary people
to protest their oppression.
And thus create a powerful
myth that continues to shape the thinking habits of many Americans: you
- at your depth - are pure, unalloyed, absolute.
Describe the attributes
and characteristics of highly critical media theorists.
Can they bare such scrutiny?
Print literacy can be
seen as liberating the mind
(with the attendant
loss of memory skills)
I can state flatly that
heavier than air flying machines are impossible.
But what is shocking
to me is that I will never be able to understand life in such a deep way,
as to leave almost no mystery.
Even if you were to
go millions and millions of miles,
the idea of coming to
an end is still incomprehensible.
There are still many
issues to be explored which have not even been thought of.
It's real and that's
just tough. Life is bigger than I am.
There can be but one
opinion as to the beauty and utility of this analysis
We continue to live
our daily lives as if classical mechanics were true.
All we share is the
past - the future blows open to pandemonium.
I will have to rewrite
my mind, to make this new world make sense.
I feel like I'm on the
edge of something vaster than infinity.
I don't feel despair
- just numbness.
